Come and spend two days with us fully delving into the elements that make a roll dependable and reliable in the moving water environment. To get the most out of this weekend you’d need to be rolling fairly consistently on flat water and looking to move this to the white water environment. We’d cover things like setting up quickly (before your heads even touched the water), setting up under water, what to do once up (what’s the river doing and so on) and methods of coaching yourself in your own time (use of video, practice drills and reliable environment) as well as honing the skills to help make your roll reliable and dependable in the white water environment.
