This two day course covers all the required elements to lead a group competently in the advanced river environment and covers the BCAB (British Canoeing Awarding Body) advanced leader training syllabus. Aimed at the kayaker that’s looking to develop their skills as a leader for personal or professional development or for their club, the course is designed to highlight where you are as a leader and sit this next to the required level for assessment (if that’s what you’re after, this could simply be for your own development). 
 
You’ll come away with a clear action plan aimed at success not just at assessment but as a leader in the advanced environment.
 
This course requires certain environments, if the water levels don’t match the criteria other dates or environments (North Wales as the ideal but could travel within reason) will be arranged.
