Core MTB Skills
This two day course covers the fundamental skills and movements required to comfortably and confidently get you riding your bike safely on the trail. Aimed at the rider who owns a mountain bike, has been out a few times and wants to progress and boost confidence. You’ll cover things like correct braking, movement over the bike, front and rear wheel lifts, cornering, climbing and descending skills as well as things like navigation, decision making and what to carry on a ride.
